Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GxPAnswers website and service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by TPQA Consulting, 6 Logie Drive, Buckie, Moray, AB56 4TW, United Kingdom (the "Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
GxPAnswers is an AI-assisted informational tool that helps users explore GxP and pharmaceutical regulations by producing natural-language answers with citations. Answers are generated by third-party large language models and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. The Service does not provide regulatory, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any answer against primary regulatory sources before relying on it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow any third party to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- send spam, phishing, or malicious content through the Service;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by probing, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, injecting malware, or bypassing rate limits or fair-use controls;
- submit or generate illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes, targeted harassment, weapons or malware instructions, or content designed to jailbreak the underlying models;
- use the Service to provide regulated professional advice to third parties without appropriate human review and qualifications; or
- resell, redistribute, or make the Service available to any third party outside your account.
4. AI content, inputs and outputs
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for confirming that you have the necessary rights in any content you provide. As between you and us, you retain rights in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, in the outputs you generate for your own use. Because outputs are produced by statistical models, we make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, current, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. Outputs must not be used as a substitute for qualified regulatory, legal, medical, or engineering advice without independent human oversight.
If you believe that an output infringes your rights, contact theo@tpqaconsulting.co.ukwith details. We may remove or restrict any content or output, refuse to process a prompt, filter results, and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly generate infringing or prohibited content.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, prompts, curated knowledge, branding, and documentation, is owned by TPQA Consulting and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal use. No other rights are granted.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle and are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms and our Refund Policy. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security incidents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; any conversation history you have kept locally in your browser remains on your device.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or regulatory outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Your indemnity
You will indemnify and hold TPQA Consulting harmless from any claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Other terms
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via the Service or by email.
